Bishop is a highly intelligent but demented dreck. He thinks that by infusing dreck genes with vampire genes, he can create a super race and wipe out the vampires forever. So determined to fulfill this prophecy, Bishop has taken to experimenting on himself. As his body changes, he grows even more fanatical about his plan. He is cruel, heartless, and borderline insane.
